Agreement to Terms

By accessing our services at Endorphins Health & Wellness Centre, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use our services.

Healthcare Services

Nature of Services

Endorphins Health & Wellness Centre provides various healthcare services including chiropractic care, physiotherapy, massage therapy, athletic therapy, chiropody, and acupuncture. These services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals in accordance with their respective regulatory standards.

Practitioner-Patient Relationship

The relationship between you and your healthcare provider is a professional therapeutic relationship. Treatment decisions are made collaboratively between you and your practitioner based on clinical assessment and your individual needs.

Appointments and Cancellations

Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system (Jane App), by phone, or in person. By booking an appointment, you agree to arrive on time and provide accurate information about your health condition.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies occur and will consider waiving fees on a case-by-case basis.

Payment and Insurance

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and e-transfer. Fees for services are posted in our clinic and available upon request.

Insurance Direct Billing

We offer direct billing to many insurance companies. However, you remain responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance plan. It is your responsibility to understand your coverage limits and requirements.

Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information
• Inform us of any changes to your health status
• Follow the treatment plan agreed upon with your practitioner
• Ask questions if you don't understand any aspect of your care
• Treat our staff and other patients with respect
• Arrive on time for appointments
• Provide adequate notice for cancellations

Consent to Treatment

Before any treatment begins, your practitioner will explain the proposed treatment, including potential risks and benefits. You have the right to refuse any treatment. Informed consent will be obtained before proceeding with care.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality care, healthcare outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. We maintain professional liability insurance as required by our regulatory colleges.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Endorphins Health & Wellness Centre and is protected by copyright law. You may not use our content without written permission.
